About
A connected operating platform for schools
HomeRoomHUB is building a serious K-12 operating platform for districts that need classroom workflow, family visibility, reporting preparation, support readiness, and governed integration work to stay connected.
Who we are
HomeRoomHUB is a product team focused on the daily operating reality of schools: district leaders need trustworthy visibility, teachers need fewer fractured steps, families need calmer context, and support teams need clear routing and evidence.
What HomeRoomHUB is building
HomeRoomHUB is a connected school operating platform. It brings student and district data, classroom workflow, family visibility, reporting preparation, and integration readiness into role-based workspaces that share one operating evidence layer.
- Role-based workspaces for district, campus, classroom, student, and family users
- Source lineage, review queues, and audit activity in one governed view
- HRH Connect for import, mapping, validation, and lineage
Why schools need a connected platform
Schools often run student records, learning work, family communication, reporting preparation, and support operations across separate tools. HomeRoomHUB is designed to reduce handoffs by keeping the source, status, owner, and next step visible in the workflow.
Texas-first readiness
HomeRoomHUB is shaped around Texas district needs: TEKS visibility, Bluebonnet workflow context, reporting preparation, HRH Connect validation, and district-owned review. Official reporting submission capabilities require production integrations, authorization, and district governance.
Human review and security-conscious product philosophy
Sensitive actions stay approval-controlled. Items that need a person are routed for review, decisions are recorded, and an audit entry is kept. People remain in control of outcomes.
What we do not claim yet
HomeRoomHUB does not claim certification, official state submission capability, live SIS write-back, autonomous AI decisions, or verified production deployment status before those capabilities are implemented, authorized, and reviewed.
Contact
Districts, schools, partners, and reviewers can start with a product conversation through Contact. Workspace access begins at Login for assigned users.
